Alice's Loft Music

Alice's Loft is the creation and creative head quarters of film composer, arranger, producer and engineer Denise Mangiardi. 

 

   Denise graduated from Berklee College of Music with a degree in piano and composition and has also received a masters and post graduate in composition from Trinity Laban in London. She is currently completing her masters in Film Scoring at the prodigious Film Scoring Academy of Europe located in Sofia , Bulgaria. has received numerous commissions for her work including "Songs of the Rainforest"; a full scale orchestral piece for the Orchestra Toronto. Denise created Alice’s Loft in 2011 in order to create a welcome environment for artists and creators to imagine their musical dreams. The uniqueness of Alice’s Loft is that it is run under a producer's direction. Alice's loft is unique in its direction : we take the role of the producer to promote self-awareness, confidence and inspiration - thus allowing us to delve deeper into the artist's vision than your every-day recording studio.

 

   Denise has been playing and singing since a very young age and began singing and performing jazz while at Berklee. Her wealth of experience as an orchestrator and jazz performer has given her that special gift of encouragement coupled with critical feedback in order to help artists bring their projects to fruition. She has self-produced 6 CDs and is there to give an extra ear to your recording. She is now focused on film composing and orchestral arranging.
